Do It Yourself (DIY) Kit Overview

Our DIY wooden cottage kits are designed for ease, functionality, and long-term durability. Each kit includes all essential wooden components and hardware required for assembly. 

Specifications / Inclusions 

Walls & Partitions: 36mm solid wood planks as per the approved plan 

Front Door: Aluminium sliding or wooden door with lock as specified 

Washroom Door: Wooden / fibre door with lock and hardware set 

Roofing: 19mm-20mm thick roof planks with Onduline waterproof sheets 

Client Scope & Pre-Preparation Requirements 

Before the delivery of the material, please ensure the following site readiness and arrangements: 

1. Plinth/ Base: To be prepared as per the selected plan 

2. Ladders: 7ft/8ft self-standing ladders -4 nos. 

3. Tools: Level tube and basic hand tools 

4. Manpower: 5–6 friends, family members, or local labourers

Installation & Labour Options 

You may choose from the following support options (quotes available upon request): 

Option 1 – Installation & Painting Service 

Our professional team will carry out full installation and finishing on-site. 

Option 2- DIY with On-Site Supervisor 

For clients who wish to assemble the structure themselves under expert supervision. 

Client to arrange: Service fee, food, accommodation, and travel for the supervisor 

Manpower required: 4–5 additional labourers 

Supervisor’s role: Guide installation and assist with painting 

Duration: Flexible (based on project size and complexity) 

Recommended Add-Ons 

Enhance the performance and lifespan of your wooden structure by opting for these optional upgrades (available on request): 

1. Waterproofing Membrane – Secondary protection against leakage 

2. External UV / Waterproof Paint – Shields the structure from sunlight and moisture

3. Internal Sealer & PU Finish – Provides a polished, durable interior finish 

4. Pest Control Treatment – Prevents termite and insect damage

Additional Terms 

Transportation: Charged at actual cost as per delivery location and load 

Installation Support: Available by appointment only 

Recommended Add-Ons: Strongly advised for durability and warranty validity

Warranty: Applicable only when installed and maintained per official guidelines
